Series 19 Quick Couplings — What You Get
Series 19 is a British-profile pneumatic quick coupling. It is one of the most common quick-connect standards in workshop air systems across Europe and Asia. At Reayon Pneumatic, we manufacture Series 19 from carbon steel with a full chrome plate. The result is a coupling that mates with any PCL60 or Rectus 19 connector and holds up under daily shop use.
The design is compact. You can fit multiple couplers side by side on a manifold block without crowding. At the same time, the 4.8 mm bore keeps airflow at 430 L/min — enough for most handheld pneumatic tools and small automation circuits.
Two operating modes are available. The standard version requires both hands — push the sleeve back, insert the plug, release. The single-hand variant lets you push the plug straight in. Both lock securely and release with a sleeve pull.

Fits PCL60 and Rectus 19 — No Adapters
Series 19 follows the PCL60 / Rectus 19 profile. The locking groove diameter, sealing face geometry, and insertion depth are identical to the original standard. If your workshop already runs PCL60 couplers on the wall and Rectus 19 plugs on the tools, a Reayon Series 19 socket will accept those plugs without issue — and vice versa.
We check interchange on every batch. A sample set from each production run is tested against a PCL60 reference to confirm fit, seal, and release force.
